To ensure fairness and reward long-term alignment, every launch on DeFive is structured into **two distinct rounds**, each with its own purpose, access conditions, and pricing.

### 🔒 Round 1: Genesis

> *"**For the builders, the believers, and the early movers.**"*

The Genesis Round is the most exclusive phase of any launch — built for long-term supporters who have committed to the ecosystem through veFIVE staking.

**Key Features:**

* **Access:** Limited to the **top veFIVE tiers**.
* **Currency:** Participation is only in **USDC** (stable and clean fundraising).
* **Pricing:** Projects offer tokens at the **lowest possible price**, rewarding early trust.
* **Allocation:** Controlled by veFIVE tiers — the higher the tier, the larger your allocation.
* **Supply:** Only a portion of the total launch supply is released in this round.

This round guarantees that **only serious, value-aligned users** get early access — reducing bot risks, sniper attacks, and short-term flipping.

The Momentum Round opens the launch to a wider range of veFIVE holders, but still uses tier-based allocation to preserve fairness and avoid abuse.

**Key Features:**

* **Access:** Available to **all users**, but with **veFIVE-tiered extra allocations per wallet**.
* **Currency:** Depending on project, participants may use **USDC, $S, or staked $S**.
* **Pricing:** Slightly higher than Genesis Round — still early, still discounted from TGE.
* **Revenue Use:** A portion of total raised funds is:
  * **Allocated to platform**, converted to $FIVE via market buy.
  * **Burned** to reduce $FIVE supply and make yields more sustainable.
  * Optionally used to **create staking rewards** for the launched token.

The Momentum Round offers more users a chance to get involved — while keeping fairness and deflationary impact intact.
